Change to Western route times

With the completion of roadworks on SH2, start times for routes coming from the west of Tauranga have been pushed back by 15mins. This affects the following routes:

R16, R17, R19, R20, R21, R22, R23, R24 and R25.

This takes effect on Monday 17 July.
