Create a parent account using your email address and a password. You can sign in any time to manage your children, check their routes, and order passes. We’ll ask for your name, phone number, and home address so we can match you to the right schools and stops.

Add each of your tamariki to your account with their name, date of birth, school, and year level. For each student, pick the route and stop they’ll use in the morning (AM) and afternoon (PM). Most students travel both ways - choose both journeys so their pass works for the whole school day.

Once a student has a journey set, order their bus pass from your account. Choose free if they’re eligible for Ministry of Education funded transport, or fare-paying if they’re out of zone. Review your order and submit - we’ll confirm it and let you know when the pass is ready at the school office.
